February

• Went to Sydney with the expectation of making a retreat
• Farewelled Linda
• Spent 3 nights in King's Cross
• Caught up with Jess
•  Met Jinny; stayed two nights at her house
• Went to a Vigil led by Msgr Reilly
• Didn't make the retreat
• Flew home  
• Actually spent some time at my new house
• Restarted teaching for the year 
• 40 Days for Life Started
• Went to Emily's Math's class
• Flew back to Sydney

March 

• Stayed with Paul, Theresa and Magda
• Stayed with Team Girls (incl Mary-Anne) and helped them move house
• Made 9 Day Silent Retreat in Pymble

• Flew Home

PRAYERS OF THE WEEK

• Staff and Students at Notre Dame, particularly for fidelity to the Magesteium
• Rod & Eileen
• My upcoming trip to NY
• A freind's friend who lost her baby
• For Pregnancy Assistance, the Respect Life Office and all other pro-life goups
• For the workers of PepsiCo and those of Senomyx, as well as all other commercial companies that continue to disrespect Human Life, believing that it's possible to destory life in order to build it up
•  For Cazza, who is flat-out in Melbourne
• Lauren, who just moved house
• The year 12s and Uni kidz doing/about to start exams
• Pastor Duong Kim Khai, Tran Thi Thuy and Nguyen Thanh Tamand the 4 other Vietnamese Christians who are to go on trial in their country for "trying to overthow the Government" (ie, asking for fair payment for the land that they used to own that was forcibly sold by said governemnt.) If convicted, they face either life imprisonment or the death penalty
• Frs Doug, Roman, John Sebastian, Micheal, Don, Jean-Noel.
• Archbishop Hickey, Bishop Sproxton
• The new bishop-elects, particularly those in Australia.

Stating the Obvious

This weekend was amazing!

A Hasty (Study) Retreat was such a blessing!
It was so good to get away for the weekend, to reflect on thankfulness and to have a chance o ge in touch with the Holy Spirit.

3 times in one weekend, I was given the grace to have my prayers almost immediately answered.
 It is absolutely amazing and awesome.

Awesome.
That word is so badly over-used, so is the word awful.
I'm sorry, but your burger cannot be awesome, nor can it be awful. For, 'awful' means to be full of awe and this requires, in the least, sentience.
And it cannot be awesome. Or, it should no be awesome if you have proper revernece of the living God.
God alone is awesome. His works are awesome only in so far that they are his.

My King, the King, is Awesome.
